OrderPOZ provides online ordering and digital ordering technology for restaurants and food businesses. OrderPOZ may provide the technology used to place and manage orders, but the restaurant is responsible for the food, pricing, availability, preparation and fulfilment of orders.

When you place an order through OrderPOZ, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Orders are subject to restaurant availability and acceptance. The restaurant may cancel or modify an order where necessary, including due to unavailable items, incorrect information or operational issues.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges for your order.

Any refunds or cancellations relating to an order may be subject to the restaurant's applicable policies.

Restaurants using OrderPOZ are responsible for their menus, prices, products, allergens, operating hours, order fulfilment, refunds and customer service.

OrderPOZ provides the technology platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, preparation or delivery of food supplied by restaurants.

You agree not to use OrderPOZ for unlawful purposes, provide false or misleading information, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with or damage the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or use the platform for fraudulent activities.

The OrderPOZ name, logo, software, website, content and technology are owned by or licensed to OrderPOZ and may not be copied, modified, distributed or used without permission.

Restaurant logos, menus, images and other content remain the property of the respective restaurant or applicable owner.

We aim to keep OrderPOZ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services when necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OrderPOZ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services or from products or services provided by restaurants.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date.
